Maymom Bottle Thread Changer To Use With Wide Avent Flange (Spectra Wide) And Standard Bottle (Medela) allows Spectra S1/S2 flanges to use with standard sized bottles like Medela, Ameda bottles. It is recommended to use a bottle-stand (such as ASIN B00PRPLRYQ) as well to reduce the tip-over of the bottle.
